Tanya was really motivating and encouraging and this in turn made me push myself. I found it really exciting to think that I was on the way to looking and feeling better and so I found the sessions really enjoyable even though I was working hard. Tanya was very friendly and personable which also made the sessions enjoyable as we chatted through the warm up and circuit!I feel so much more in control of everything because of taking control of my eating and exercising.

She’s been supportive and encouraging no matter what; has saved me money on gym gear, encouraged me to see the doctor or physio when necessary, and even dragged me outside for a run when I was clearly clinging unhealthily to the treadmill.
Tanya came with me for my first ever 5k event, and I amazed myself by running all the way to finish in 35 minutes. It’s something I thought I would never do and not bad for a 40-something asthmatic who hates the gym!”
